CarePlus Disability and Youth Services is an NDIS service provider. We deliver support services for people with disabilities who wish to live independently within their community. We aim to provide high-quality services to people with disabilities in the Northern Territory. We strive to provide innovative and best practice support that meets individuals’ needs and wants.
